About Us

I want to take you back to my early days as a pizza baker.
In the mid-2000s, I got my first job as a baker at a local Italian pizzeria.

I learned the secret behind a good dough, and here I became curious about the world of pizza. Curiosity grew when I started baking pizzas. The journey continued in Copenhagen, where I was employed by Pizza Huset (popular pizzeria), where for the next 8 years I absorbed experience from some exceptional people who had spent many years perfecting the old method from Italy to bake the tasty pizzas and sandwiches, which can be enjoyed in the boot country.

After 8 years, it was finally my turn to take off, and in 2009 I opened my first business, Pizza Time.
The adventure continued, Pizza Time grew to five stores, and I am proud to say that Pizza Time in Copenhagen still exists today.
In 2018, my family and I moved to Bornholm, where a new adventure began with Pizza Deli, which now has 4 stores.

With all my experience, knowledge, dedication, and passion, I will carry on the ancient Italian craft here on Bornholm and serve you flavorful, high-quality dishes.
