About Us

I want to take you back to my early days as a pizza baker.
I starten af 2000’erne fik jeg mit første job, som bager på et lokalt italiensk pizzeria.

I learned the secret behind a good dough, and here I became curious about the world of pizza. Curiosity grew when I started baking pizzas. The journey continued in Copenhagen, where I was employed by Pizza Huset (popular pizzeria), where for the next 8 years I absorbed experience from some exceptional people who had spent many years perfecting the old method from Italy to bake the tasty pizzas and sandwiches, which can be enjoyed in the boot country.

After 8 years it was my turn to fly, so in 2009 I opened my first business, Pizza Time. The adventure continued and Pizza Time became 5 stores, and I can proudly say that Pizza Time in Copenhagen still exists. In 2018, my family and I moved to Bornholm, and a new adventure was to begin with Pizza Deli, where there are currently 3 outlets.

With all my experience, knowledge, dedication and love, I will carry on the ancient Italian art here on Bornholm, and serve you tasty products.
